I have people in my organisation who either talk too much or say too little. How do you facilitate a group and ensure that everyone has the chance to be involved?

Our team has a huge amount of experience in facilitating diverse audiences and are adept at working with the different dynamics in a group. Quite often it is the quieter team members who have most to say, and our facilitators are very aware and able to encourage equal input from everyone in the group. Ultimately we respect the fact that people, teams and organisations have different styles and we use a variety of methods within a session to engage with those styles.
