Madhavi joined Steps as Programme Co-ordinator for India in June 2012 after a varied career including teaching, administration, programme management and customer service. She works closely with Country Head Mohan to manage the logistics for Steps client programmes – and works closely with Steps’ network of associates across India. Madhavi has been connected to the field of learning and development for the past 5 years, working with companies including Microcomm Infotect, APEX Program and ICFAI University. As a keen communicator, she builds a great rapport with those around her and has created a strong contact network – which has become a fantastic personal and professional resource. Madhavi is a graduate of Pune University, Maharashtra and holds a BA in Politics. She has also completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering, a one year professional course in Computing and is currently pursuing post graduate studies in Personnel Management at Pune University.

Madhavi lives in Pune, India with her husband Mahesh. When not working her magic on Steps projects, Madhavi enjoys reading books, cooking and travelling.
