Andy Edwards is an inspiring and motivating professional speaker and master class presenter, who delivers memorable presentations on Business Relationships, Understanding Others, Influence, Attitude and Teams. His talks on ‘Relationomics’ (creating tangible value from business relationships), have been enjoyed by audiences in the UK, Europe, Middle East, USA and beyond. He is qualified in Behavioural Psychology and has a diploma in Coaching. Steps has worked with Andy to combine interactive drama with personality profiling, to create a unique and engaging blended learning approach.

CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution)

Steps and CEDR have worked together previously to deliver open sessions on handling difficult conversations and managing conflict effectively. These sessions were heavily over-subscribed and we ran the event twice to great success, delivering to over 120 business professionals. This partnership works well because we are able to present the behavioural challenges alongside the theoretical approaches to conflict management and dispute resolution.

Steps has worked successfully with Metafore Partners to deliver strategic change programmes for a number of clients, most recently Birmingham City Council, another leading London Borough Council and one of the UK's largest City Councils.  Combining coaching, teambuilding and engagement techniques alongside experiential learning, these programmes have been highly successful in delivering lasting behaviour change.

Room54

Room54 and Steps have worked in partnership for a number of years, since Steps first shared a stage with broadcaster and journalist John McCarthy. We have since worked with John and the team at Room54 to deliver a conference on Harassment & Bullying (hosted at City Hall, London) and ‘Engaging for the Future' - a one day conference on employee engagement.

Schneider-Ross

Steps has been working with Diversity and Inclusion specialists Schneider~Ross to bring an experiential methodology into their working practice for key clients across the world. We recently co-created a programme for Senior Leaders in Vodafone, delivering to teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region and we are developing further joint programmes for clients in the banking and IT sectors. We recently worked with Schneider~Ross on the design and delivery of a one day conference on Inclusive Leadership (London) and on an international ‘Power of Inclusion Summit’ for Amex in India.

TJ (Training Journal)

Steps worked collaboratively with TJ to deliver ‘Engaging for the Future' - an innovative and high-impact one day conference on employee engagement and ‘Inclusive Leadership’ – an interactive day using drama and multimedia techniques to explore the role of inclusion. Featuring prominent speakers and industry professionals alongside experiential learning sessions, these events gave delegates informative and truly interactive learning experiences.
