Bliss Voice Training
We have a strong partnership with Bliss Voice Training, working with professionals at all levels and across all sectors. Using highly skilled trainers, Bliss delivers a practical, adaptive and no-nonsense approach to vocal training. We have featured this very successfully within facilitated group sessions to encourage peer to peer learning and dialogue.

CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution)
Steps and CEDR have worked together previously to deliver open sessions on handling difficult conversations and managing conflict effectively. These sessions were heavily over-subscribed and we ran the event twice to great success, delivering to over 120 business professionals. This partnership works well because we are able to present the behavioural challenges alongside the theoretical approaches to conflict management and dispute resolution.

The City HR Association was founded in 1973 as the UK Industry Association to support and provide best HR practice to organisations whose activities are directly involved in – or underpin – the financial services sector. Steps has worked successfully with Metafore Partners to deliver strategic change programmes for a number of clients, most recently Birmingham City Council, another leading London Borough Council and one of the UK's largest City Councils. Rock the Boat Consulting
Steps has been working with Rock the Boat Consulting to deliver the Leader Programme to senior teams at Flybe. This 12 month programme has provided members of the senior management team with the tools and techniques to enhance their managerial performance, and has helped to invigorate the middle management team by increasing their confidence and overall performance.

Room54 and Steps have worked in partnership for a number of years, since Steps first shared a stage with broadcaster and journalist John McCarthy. We have since worked with John and the team at Room54 to deliver a conference on Harassment & Bullying (hosted at City Hall, London) and ‘Engaging for the Future' - a one day conference on employee engagement.

Schneider-Ross
Steps has been working with Diversity and Inclusion specialists Schneider~Ross to bring an experiential methodology into their working practice for key clients across the world. We recently co-created a programme for Senior Leaders in Vodafone, delivering to teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region and we are developing further joint programmes for clients in the banking and IT sectors. We recently worked with Schneider~Ross on the design and delivery of a one day conference on Inclusive Leadership (London) and on an international ‘Power of Inclusion Summit’ for Amex in India.

Steps worked collaboratively with TJ to deliver ‘Engaging for the Future' - an innovative and high-impact one day conference on employee engagement and ‘Inclusive Leadership’ – an interactive day using drama and multimedia techniques to explore the role of inclusion. Featuring prominent speakers and industry professionals alongside experiential learning sessions, these events gave delegates informative and truly interactive learning experiences.
