Our Team
Account Directors
Angela McHale, Gary Bates, Mark Shillabeer, Robbie Swales, Simon Thomson, and Richard Wilkes are responsible for managing client accounts. They all share a background as professional actors as well as bringing other skills and experience to their work with clients.
Project Managers
Marlo Haas, Caitlin Morrow, David Rosenbauer, Sylvan Baker and Jack Rebaldi are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from inception to completion. They all share a background as professional actors as well as bringing other skills and experience to their work with clients. The Project Management Team are supported by Alexia Della Valle.
The Client Services Team
Georgina Sherwood, and Elizabeth Adcock are responsible for liaising with clients and our freelance associates to ensure that all the practical aspects of a project are delivered.
Marketing
Jennie O'Reilly is the Marketing Manager at Steps.
The Operations Team
Winnie Armah (Operations Director), Rafique Hassan (Finance Manager) and Antonia Condon (Administrator).
Non-Executive Chair
Steps is managed by the Account Directors and the Operations Director, with the support of our Non-Executive Chairperson, Matthew de Lange.
Associate Actor-Facilitators
Our Associate Actor-Facilitators have all been carefully selected through an audition workshop process. We provide continual development opportunities to ensure that our Associates have the skills to effectively deliver a wide range of programmes.
