Forum Workshop
A Forum Workshop comprises a series of short scenarios. At key points during the scenario, one of the actor-facilitators, in character, will challenge the delegates to help them. The flexibility of the Forum Workshop allows the actor-facilitators to take suggestions directly from the participants and immediately bring them to life.
A Forum Workshop can be a stand alone product, incorporated into one of our Drama-based Learning and Development programmes, or part of an existing training initiative.
It is able to embrace subtle and complex issues in detail. This style is effective if the organisational need is to explore and develop the individual behaviours in an intimate and safe setting, and is particularly effective in addressing issues such as Diversity, Performance Management, Challenging Situations, and Disciplinary/Harassment.
A Forum Workshop session can be tailored to run from between one to three hours and can be delivered to groups of varying sizes.
