Asia Pacific

Asia PacificAsia Pacific (APAC) is a large region, made up of diverse countries with their own customs, cultures, economies, as well as their own very distinct approaches to training. We have adapted our approach to engage learners across the region in locations including China, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. We have delivered sessions live, as well as via video conferencing, bringing teams together to actively participate in the learning experience.

We have an office in Mumbai, with a team on hand to manage our client portfolio in India and assist with global programmes across the Asia Pacific region. Please visit the Steps India page to find out more about interactive, drama based training in India.

As more multinational organisations set up bases in the APAC region and have to marry organisational policies and culture with local laws and cultures, there has been an increase in the need for programmes addressing diversity and inclusion. In addition there is a lot of diversity in the workforce make up; with both ex-pats and locals represented – and this presents a unique and exciting challenge for us as learning providers.

Our clients across the Asia Pacific region include ABN Amro, Accenture, American Express, Ashridge Business School, DLA Piper, HSBC, University of Nottingham (Ningbo Campus, China), RBS and Vodafone. We have also developed network partners in the region, and recently delivered an interactive session for HR Professionals within DIAN (the Diversity In Asia Network) in Hong Kong – having delivered for them previously in Delhi.

We have a pool of Associates across the Asia Pacific region, based in locations including India, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Our Associates can deliver in regional languages including Mahrathi, Urdu, Tamil, Bengali, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin.
