In 2002, Steps was named one of London's Innercity 100 fastest growing small businesses. Fast forward almost 10 years since that point and you will see an organisation that has enjoyed consistent growth and opportunity – now delivering services across the globe.

We are frequently in Europe, delivering for key clients including HSBC, KPMG, Morgan Stanley and Vodafone. We also run regular events across the continent and last year we have delivered highly successful events with European Partners including the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Webster University HR Forum in Geneva. So far this year we have delivered in a number of European countries including Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

Much of our work focuses on diversity and inclusion, and issues arising from this topic, including cross-cultural communication and team integration. Our clients are often looking for consistency on a regional or global scale – wanting to engage teams from a number of regions with a critical message or development opportunity. Our approach ensures that clients benefit from a bespoke programme, tailored to suit their organisation and delivered by a team sensitive to cultural nuances and, if necessary, able to deliver in European languages.
