Steps India, established in 2010, is fast growing - bringing the power and impact of drama-based training to businesses across India.
Our 40+ clients in the region include Medtronic, HSBC, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, Infosys, TCS, Nomura, Capgemini, Honeywell and Northern Trust.
Our India team is headed up by Country Head Mohan Madgulkar based in Pune. Mohan is supported by a team of two in India - Operations Manager Vaishnavi Deshpande and Programme Co-ordinator Madhavi Vatkar in Pune - and by the members of the Steps team in London on global programmes. We also have a team of more than 40 high quality associate actors and facilitators across the country in Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Bangaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Our associates can deliver training in a range of regional languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada and Bengali.
Steps' pioneering approach has featured in a number of publications in India, including The Telegraph and the Economic Times of India and we were the only learning and development organisation invited to join Prime Minister David Cameron on his 2013 Export Trade Delegation to India. We have contributed to a number of events in the region including the 'Power of Inclusion' (a one day conference hosted by American Express), the NASSCOM HR Summit and our own 'Exploration of Drama-based Training', which focused on Steps' pioneering methodology and featured industry speakers.
