Vodafone wins a European Diversity Award

Congratulations to our client Vodafone and the dedicated Steps team who are working on their Inclusive Leadership programme.  Vodafone were last week heralded for their work in creating an Inclusive working culture, winning a European Diversity and Inclusion Award at a glittering ceremony at the Savoy, London. 

Inclusive Leadership, the programme we have been delivering globally for Vodafone, was acknowledged as a key element of their success in achieving a more inclusive working culture and being recognised by the European Diversity Awards.  Vodafone won the award for 'Company of the Year' - a fantastic result for them and a great way to celebrate our collaboration together. 

Gary Bates, Steps Director and leader of the Inclusive Leadership programme, was invited by Vodafone to attend the awards dinner – to acknowledge Steps' contribution to their positive (and now award-winning!) working culture.
