Earlier this year, Steps was asked to bring an experiential dynamic to learning and development within the Church of England.  The challenge of accurately reflecting this uniquely historic organisation was one we leapt at - and the result was fantastic.  A powerfully engaging workshop that asked delegates to consider their individual roles and responsibilities in the creation of a healthy working environment in which mission and ministry is enabled to flourish.
