We recognise that focussed evaluation and demonstrable ROI is crucial to any learning and development initiative, and we have specialist team members on hand to support you with this process.

Our evaluation team is led by Matthew de Lange, our non-executive chairman and former Partner & European Head of Learning and Development at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  Matthew has 30 years experience in organisational change and development, and is highly skilled in learning design and evaluation.

We use a 5-stage evaluation model, drawn from Kirkpatrick's work, but will always discuss and agree key success measures and evaluation processes with you in response to your individual needs.
