In addition to our drama-based offering, we can also provide you with highly skilled and engaging facilitators.  These individuals have a wealth of knowledge and experience gained within business environments – and are adept at facilitating learning within one to one or group environments.

Our facilitators are trained by the CIPD in Advanced Facilitation and are highly skilled in the use of learning models and theories, new thinking and emerging practices in the field of learning and development.  These skills enable them to empower individuals  and engage groups, whilst stimulating lively debate, maintaining focus on the learning objectives and maximising the impact of a facilitated session.
