For skills development programmes, our role players add realism and will adapt the challenge to ensure the experience is personalised and the learning maximised for each participant.
We always work in a small group environment where participants feel supported and safe. Our role players facilitate objective and constructive feedback which concentrates on the impact of the participant’s behaviour.
