Our media solutions are bespoke, allowing us to reflect the culture and user-demographic of each client.  And our approach to instructional design caters for different learning styles, featuring rich content like video scenes, with measured and informative narrative sections. Rather than a lot of didactic "tell", we opt for a larger proportion of "show", asking our users to think for themselves. This ensures that the learning is engaging and memorable and that users take an active role in their development.
