Steps has a rich history of delivering award-winning programmes that explore Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias. Many conventional training programmes focus on the consequences of getting it wrong and the risk of non-compliance. Our approach is entirely the opposite - it’s about the potential of getting it right, empowering individuals to truly value difference and making your organisation a great place to work.

Our sessions challenge unconscious bias and non-inclusive behaviours in a way that provokes thought and stimulates honest debate. We hold up a mirror to the organisation, bringing to life the legal, business and moral drivers for inclusion.
