The way we present ourselves in the workplace has a direct impact on the way we’re perceived by our colleagues and clients. Being able to improve and then harness these soft skills can be a challenging process, and left to trial and error or on-the-job training can result in missed opportunity or irreversible damage to the individual and/or the company.

Our sessions are designed for small groups and are practical, experiential and energising. Experiential techniques are underpinned by relevant theory, but first and foremost our approach gets people on their feet and talking together. The delegates explore their own preferred styles and practise adapting that style to communicate more effect.

All of our programmes are bespoke, designed to meet your specific brief, rather than an ‘off the peg’ solution that overlooks individual requirements. Everyone is unique and this forms the bedrock of our personal impact training.

Utilising a drama based approach, Steps is able to facilitate real life scenarios where participants receive constructive feedback from skilled facilitators and their peers on a range of skills.
