Steps is currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will work closely with our team of Project Managers and Account Directors in this varied and exciting role, helping to research and design our bespoke learning programmes for corporate clients, assisting with production of digital media and programme materials, organising logistics and administration, and helping with marketing and development of the business, amongst other tasks.
We are looking for self-motivated, highly organised, flexible people with good communication skills (both verbal and written). You will have office/corporate experience and be able to efficiently use packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of social media, apps or other technical tools for design, research, collaboration, etc. would be favourable.
This role would suit someone with a background in professional drama/theatre, corporate learning/training or media/film/digital production.
