ZS Associates is a Consulting, Outsourcing, Software and Technology company, delivering solutions ranging from Business Technology to Product Development to Sales Compensation in multiple sectors such as Business Services, Pharmaceuticals and Biotech, Travel and Transportation to name a few.
The new HR structure resulted in a lot of anxiety and stress amongst staff, along with resistance to the sudden and huge change. To add to the complexity of the situation, the HR Director who had been in role from the start of the company’s India operations was moving to the US office in a global role.
The main aim of the session was to make the 60 plus HR staff of the company aware of the changes in the HR structure in an engaging and fun way, helping the staff to own and accept the changes happening. The session addressed issues Change management, taking ownership of their roles and becoming a stronger HR function, to be able to service the business effectively.
Throughout the session, the delegates were very forthcoming, and as always, felt safe to discuss their anxieties and concerns around the change. Many who spoke to us said that as a result of the session, they felt more equipped to face the change and empowered to take on the new challenge.
