Danny has worked in media production since the early 90’s and has written, directed and produced multimedia material for broadcasters, brands and organisations in the private, public and third sectors. He has held senior positions since early in his career but has always remained hands-on with the work he delivers, believing that, in an industry shaped by emerging technology and evolving techniques, the best leaders will also be practitioners. Crossover knowledge, from the creative to the technical, helps Danny see a project from many perspectives at once. He enjoys this practical element of his work and relishes the challenge of working alongside clients to create innovative and effective resources on time and on budget. Danny joined Steps as Director of Steps Media, in response to client demand for scalable solutions that embed and sustain the ‘live’ learning experience.
