Mark gained a BA (Hons) Degree at the Rose Bruford College and worked as a professional actor for 8 years. He joined Steps as a freelance associate in 1995, became full time in 2002 and has been part of Steps' Board since 2005. Mark is responsible for leading a number of key client relationships as well as writing and delivering learning initiatives for clients as diverse as ING, White & Case, LEGO and Siemens. Outside Steps, Mark has worked as a professional script writer, including contributing sketches to the BAFTA award-winning Horrible Histories for the BBC.
